OCP005 : ป้องกันกระแสเกิน ไฟเกินไฟตก 63A Automatic reconnect circuit breaker with over and under voltage over current Leakage protection surge protect relay
It is intended for a circuit of AC 50Hz/60Hz with maximum rated current of 63A to protect it and the equipment involved against overvoltage, low voltage, current surge, leakage, lightning, etc.
It is applicable to such electrical equipment as communication base stations, repeaters, video surveillance, Safety City, cable TV, digital TV, network switches, optical transceivers, meteorological telemetry stations, seismic detection stations in various conditions.
Features
Detection before closing: The automatic reclosing power protection switch monitors the circuit and will not close in occurrence of any overvoltage, leakage, overcurrent and other failures.
Overvoltage protection: When the voltage between the live wire and naught wire of the input terminal is greater than the set value, it will trip the switch for protection.
Low voltage protection: When the voltage between the live wire and naught wire of the input terminal is less than the set value, it will trip the switch for protection.
Overcurrent protection: When the actual current is greater than or equal to 1.15 times the rated current for 3 seconds, it will trip the switch for protection.
Leakage protection: When the leakage current exceeds the set value or an electric shock occurs, the automatic reclosing switch will be disconnected within 0.1 seconds to ensure personal safety.
Neutral line disconnection protection: When the three-phase voltage is unbalanced to a certain level due to the loose or cut-off external Neutral line, the switch is tripped for protection.
Automatic disconnection when power’s off: The switch will be automatically disconnected when the circuit is powered off, and will be automatically reclosed after detecting a normal power supply restored.
Intelligent leakage identification: Automatically detect before closing if the voltage is normal and the Neutral line is well-connected and never close in case of any failure.
Automatic reclosing: Automatically reclose after a certain time interval if the above failure occurs.
Automatically save tripping information: Automatically save such tripping information as tripping time, tripping type (cause), voltage, current and leakage current for failure analysis.
Lightning protection: Test the switch with a combination wave of 1.2/50us (8/20us) between the L-N wires. No failure is found under the voltage of 2KV and no damage under 6KV.
Error in real-time current, voltage and leakage current: ≤5%
Press the set key: check the actual current, voltage and leakage current.Parameter setting
Long press the setting key for 5 seconds to enter the setting mode.
The voltage indicator lights on with the actual overvoltage value (270V by default) displayed. Press Up key to 300V to the maximum or Down key to 230V to the minimum (press Up key again to close the setting if not required).
Long press the setting key and the voltage indicator lights on with the actual low voltage value (170V by default) displayed. Press Up key to 210V to the maximum or Down key to 145V to the minimum. Press Down key again to close the setting if not required.
Press the setting key and the current indicator lights on (40A by default). Press Up key to 63A to the maximum or Down key to 1A to the minimum.
Press the setting key and the leakage current indicator lights on (30mA by default). Press Up key to 90mA to the maximum or Down key to 10mA to the minimum (press Up key again to close the setting if not required).
Connect the power supply after well wiring the automatic reclosing power protection switch. Turn on the “Master Switch” to enable the automatic reclosing switch to turn on the circuit. And then press the “Test” button to enable the switch to turn off the circuit. The leakage indicator is on and the power is restored automatically 10 seconds later, indicating the switch functions well and has been installed correctly. Now you can be assured by the safety and convenience that the switch brings you.
It is highly recommended to conduct above test regularly to make sure the switch functions well.
In case of no need of electricity, you can turn off the "Master Switch" to enable the automatic reclosing power protection switch to disconnect the circuit, which is equivalent to shut all the power off.
Turn on the power switch after power is on. The operating indicator lights on, indicating the automatic reclosing power protection switch is powered on.
The switch automatically closes with the output indicator on the panel on, indicating the power supply is normal.
The switch disconnects the circuit upon any electricity leakage of equipment, indicating the leakage function works well. The leakage indicator lights on and the switch will attempt the first reclosing after 30 seconds. If the leakage persists, the switch will immediately open and attempt the second reclosing 5 minutes later. If the problem persists, attempt the third reclosing 10 minutes later. If it persists, attempt the fourth reclosing 30 minutes later. If it still does, then attempt the fifth reclosing 1 hour later. After 5 times of reclosing, the switch will restart to check the circuit after 3 hours and attempt 5 times of reclosing again if the leakage is still unsolved.
The reclosing attempts to leakage failure are the same as those to overvoltage, low voltage and overcurrent failures.
Installation for use
Install the automatic reclosing power protection switch on the wall or in the main unit case to avoid direct rain nd sun exposure.
Connect the product to the bottom of the circuit breaker (or the knife switch) with the power supply connected to the input terminal and the load to the output terminal.
The red indicator lighting on after 10 seconds of powering up indicates that the circuit comes up against some kind of failure. Turn off the switch and on again after 10 seconds. If it persists, it may indicate that there has abnormal leakage current or overcurrent/short circuit. At this point all loads should be disconnected to find out the reasons and troubleshoot the problems before restoring power.
Adjust the rated current after installation.
Connect the product with the single-phase 230V power supply, the electrical equipment circuit and the grounding wire according to the marks on the panel. Please be noted that the input and output terminals cannot be wrongly connected.
Wiringyou don't need to connect to GND, if you don't have GND
Note:
This switch cannot be used as a master breaker. Please install a miniature circuit breaker as an overload short-circuiting fitting in front of the switch.
Please adjust the current after installation.
This product is designed without isolation function. Please disconnect the front breaker before repairing the circuit.
